DVD Movie Rentals Available in the Store to All Camping Guests
Rate includes a Water and Electric campsite, fire pit, picnic table, free use of the pool, beach, pond and swim zone including a sea teeter totter, the rock, magic carpets, a Saturn , the Wibit and many other FUN inflatable's! 1 dump station available to our overnight campers free of charge. Golf carts are not permitted for overnight campers, unless a handicap situation applies. Must be mentioned upon reservation & check in. Must provide proof of insurance and be 21 years old to drive it.
Rates are based on total of 5 adults (>21) or 2 adults, 3 children under the age of 18 years, and ONE car per site. Group site camping allows 1 vehicle per paid unit. ALL additional cars on any overnight site incur a $5/stay fee. Any additional camping unit incurs a $25/nite fee (ask about details). All cars must be tagged, 1 parked on site and extra parked in the parking lot. 1 dog allowed per campsite, $10 additional pet. Upon check in all dogs are to be tagged. Group sites are limited to 2 pets.
Make sure your Pet has FUN too! If your Pet is not used to a leash or other humans, big and small, or likes to bark freely, it may not enjoy our facility. Pet Policy: The pet must be on a leash at all times outside of your camping unit, quiet and never left unattended. Pet owner is expected to clean up after the pet, including the campsite. Pets are not allowed in any building, rental unit, in the pool area or pond area or on the playground. All pets should be current with vaccinations before camping here. For Insurance reasons, we restrict: Pittbull, German Sheppard or Rottweiler. Daily visitors may not bring in their pet.

Each Site includes: water, garbage service, direct sewer or transfer tank,*metered electric with access to pond, pool, common area & FUN! Yearly fee $1675 to $1950 (plus tax) Invite your family and friends out to enjoy a FUNtastic time!!

All rentals include air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, picnic table, grill & fire pit. Yurts, Cottages, Park Models have the above as well as TV/VCR/DVD. A credit card will serve as a
Rental Unit DEPOSIT and is REQUIRED UPON CHECK IN. The deposit may be charged a fee if unit is left dirty and/or charged for repair of broken or damaged items.
All units are Pet and Smoke FREE! We do not allow a camping unit outside of any rental unit.
Please bring your own personal accessories ie: blankets, linens, and pillows, kitchen utensils, plates, pots, pans, glassware, etc. while renting any rental unit.
Rental Units sleeping 8-10 are allowed 2 vehicles per unit and 4-6 Sleeping Rental Units are allowed 1 vehicle per unit; all additional vehicles subject to car pass fee.
